Monthly Google care
A monthly profile check, relevant factual updates and up to five client-supplied photos. Changes use accurate information you approve.
An honest review routine
Up to 50 email review requests each month to eligible completed-job customers on your approved contact list. We ask for honest feedback, with no rewards or filtering for positive reviews.
Hosting and small changes
Website hosting and up to 30 minutes of small website changes each month, such as updating a service, photo or contact detail. Extra pages and larger changes are quoted separately.
A useful monthly update
A short activity and results update covering work completed, available Google profile results and website enquiries. It helps us decide what needs attention next.

You supply accurate business details and photos you are allowed to use. Review requests need an approved list of eligible completed-job customers you are allowed to contact.
Extra pages, redesigns, ecommerce, booking systems, automation, paid ads and SMS are separately quoted. Google controls eligibility, verification and rankings.
Monthly care starts at website launch and is billed in advance. You can cancel before renewal for the end of the paid month; we agree handover before hosting ends.

What does NZ$299 setup + NZ$199/month cover?
Get Found covers an up-to-three-page website, Google profile setup or tidy-up and verification help, monthly Google checks and factual updates, up to five supplied photos, up to 50 approved-list email review requests, hosting, up to 30 minutes of small website changes, and a short monthly update. Domain registration is separate.
What if I already have a website or Google profile?
We check what is useful before suggesting a rebuild. Google care can be purchased on its own for NZ$99/month for an existing verified profile. A one-off setup or tidy-up is NZ$149. If your website already does its job, you may only need Google care or a specific fix.
Who owns the domain and Google profile?
You own your domain, Google profile, social accounts and supplied content. We use account invitations wherever possible. We agree hosting access and website handover in the written scope, so you know what happens if you move on.
Will you guarantee leads or a top Google ranking?
No. The work makes your services easier to understand, your details more consistent and your enquiry path more useful. Demand, competition and Google’s systems affect results. We report the available evidence rather than promise a fixed number of enquiries or a ranking.
What happens after I enquire?
Brigham reviews your business, current website and Google profile, then replies by email with the next step. Any paid work starts after you approve a written scope and price. You do not need to complete a voice assessment or pay to make an enquiry.
Are there any extra costs?
The displayed prices are in NZD, before any applicable GST. Your written quote confirms the full total and tax treatment. Domain registration is separate. Paid ads, SMS, extra pages, larger changes, specialist tools and automation usage charges are outside the packages and need separate approval.
When does monthly billing start, and can I cancel?
For a website bundle, monthly care begins when the website launches; Google verification may still be in progress. Monthly services are billed in advance. Tell us before the next renewal to cancel at the end of the paid month. Hosting and care then end, so we agree any handover before that date. Setup payment timing is confirmed in the written quote.
How do the review requests work?
You provide and approve the contact list of eligible completed-job customers you are allowed to contact. In Get Found and Stay Visible we send up to 50 email requests each month. Requests ask for honest feedback; we do not offer rewards or only ask happy customers. Google-only care provides a request template and reply drafts for you to use. Customer replies and published reviews are not guaranteed.
