Get Found covers an up-to-three-page website, Google profile setup or tidy-up and verification help, monthly Google checks and factual updates, up to five supplied photos, up to 50 approved-list email review requests, hosting, up to 30 minutes of small website changes, and a short monthly update. Domain registration is separate.

We check what is useful before suggesting a rebuild. Google care can be purchased on its own for NZ$99/month for an existing verified profile. A one-off setup or tidy-up is NZ$149. If your website already does its job, you may only need Google care or a specific fix.

You own your domain, Google profile, social accounts and supplied content. We use account invitations wherever possible. We agree hosting access and website handover in the written scope, so you know what happens if you move on.

No. The work makes your services easier to understand, your details more consistent and your enquiry path more useful. Demand, competition and Google’s systems affect results. We report the available evidence rather than promise a fixed number of enquiries or a ranking.

Brigham reviews your business, current website and Google profile, then replies by email with the next step. Any paid work starts after you approve a written scope and price. You do not need to complete a voice assessment or pay to make an enquiry.

The displayed prices are in NZD, before any applicable GST. Your written quote confirms the full total and tax treatment. Domain registration is separate. Paid ads, SMS, extra pages, larger changes, specialist tools and automation usage charges are outside the packages and need separate approval.

For a website bundle, monthly care begins when the website launches; Google verification may still be in progress. Monthly services are billed in advance. Tell us before the next renewal to cancel at the end of the paid month. Hosting and care then end, so we agree any handover before that date. Setup payment timing is confirmed in the written quote.

You provide and approve the contact list of eligible completed-job customers you are allowed to contact. In Get Found and Stay Visible we send up to 50 email requests each month. Requests ask for honest feedback; we do not offer rewards or only ask happy customers. Google-only care provides a request template and reply drafts for you to use. Customer replies and published reviews are not guaranteed.

Get Found combines your website and Google profile setup and monthly care for NZ$299 setup + NZ$199/month. Stay Visible adds social content for a total of NZ$299 setup + NZ$349/month. Google care is already included in both bundles. Their prices replace the included standalone fees. Automation is a separate project. You can also buy social content alone for NZ$150/month.

Your services, working areas, contact details, business facts, logo and photos you are allowed to use. You approve the pages before launch. For monthly care, send factual changes and fresh job photos in one batch. Social content also needs your approval and access to the relevant accounts.

Changing a phone number, replacing a photo, updating a short section or adjusting an existing service description. The monthly allowance is up to 30 minutes of work and does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, booking systems, ecommerce and complex integrations are separately scoped.

We agree a launch date after checking the scope, our availability and what content you can supply. Your review and Google verification can affect timing. We do not promise a fixed turnaround before seeing the job.

Automation is a separate project, starting from NZ$499 for one agreed workflow. We specify the trigger, task, human approvals, test cases and handover before building. Software subscriptions, usage charges and ongoing support are quoted before approval. A simple existing tool may be the better fit.

It covers four original monthly posts shared to Facebook and Instagram, captions, scheduling and one approval round using your supplied photos or clips. Filming, video production, paid ads, daily inbox management and community replies are outside this scope.

Too much of a good thing? Ask us about buying suitable overflow enquiries at an agreed price. Each purchase is agreed separately and depends on the job, enquiry quality and a suitable contractor being available. Before any details go to another contractor, the customer must agree to who receives them and why. We do not promise to buy every enquiry or guarantee a volume of enquiries. This is an optional arrangement outside the service bundles.
