1. Enquiries and approval
An enquiry is a request to discuss your business. It does not create an order, take payment or require you to buy a service. Paid work begins only after you approve a written scope and full price. That scope confirms deliverables, responsibilities, payment timing, running costs and the launch or handover plan.
2. Package scope and prices
Get Found is NZ$299 setup plus NZ$199/month. It includes an up-to-three-page website with click-to-call and an enquiry form; setup or tidy-up of one eligible Google Business Profile and verification assistance; monthly profile checks and relevant factual updates; up to five supplied photos and 50 approved-list email review requests per month; website hosting; up to 30 minutes of small website changes per month; and a short monthly activity and results update.
Stay Visible uses the same NZ$299 setup and is NZ$349/month. It adds four original monthly posts shared to Facebook and Instagram, captions, scheduling and one approval round from your supplied photos or clips. Google care is included in both packages.
Standalone services have the scopes and prices on the services page. Prices are in NZD, before any applicable GST. The written quote shows the full total and GST treatment. Domain registration is separate. Any agreed price change is communicated before it applies.
3. Monthly care and cancellation
For website bundles, monthly care begins at website launch; Google verification may continue afterward. Monthly services are billed in advance. Tell us before renewal if you wish to cancel; care and hosting end at the end of the paid month. We agree any website handover before that date. Setup payment timing and any handover work are stated in the written scope.
The 30-minute website-change allowance covers small edits to existing pages and does not roll over. Extra pages, redesigns, ecommerce, booking systems and complex integrations require a separate quote and approval.
4. Accounts, content and ownership
You retain ownership of your domain, Google profile, social accounts and supplied content. You provide accurate business facts and content you are entitled to use. We use account invitations where possible. The written scope confirms hosting access, website materials available for handover and any separately agreed transfer work.
You review and approve business facts, pages and social content before launch or publication. Late or incomplete content, approval or account access can affect the agreed schedule.
5. Google profiles and review requests
Google decides business eligibility, verification methods, approval, visibility and rankings. We provide the agreed setup and care, with verification assistance. We cannot promise approval, a ranking or a fixed number of leads or reviews.
You supply and approve a contact list of eligible completed-job customers you are allowed to contact. Bundle review requests are by email, up to 50 per month. They ask for honest feedback without rewards or filtering for positive reviews. Google-only care provides a request template and reply drafts for you to use.
6. Social care and automation
Social care uses four original pieces of content per month, each shared to Facebook and Instagram, with one approval round. Filming, video production, paid ads, daily inbox management and community replies are outside this service.
Automation is quoted separately, from NZ$499 for one agreed workflow. The scope defines triggers, outputs, human approvals, testing, handover, subscriptions, usage charges and any ongoing support. The included 14 days of fixes address defects in the agreed workflow; new requirements are separately quoted. SMS and other third-party charges require separate approval.
7. Privacy and your rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use information provided through the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law. Questions about agreed work should be raised with Brigham at brigham@bdmgrowth.co.nz.
